Creativity is, by definition, the ability to create. So create opportunity. Ignore your detractors, overcome your own doubt. Risk failure, risk humiliation, risk your pride and go confidently in the direction of your aspirations. Your determination is your permission to revel in your success.

Autobiography
As all good autobiographies, this one will strive to be narcissistic, self promoting and belligerent whenever possible.
Overview
We start with the canonical question, who the hell is Kevin Mesiab? In general he’s a 27 year old software engineer living in Boise Idaho; in specific he is the owner of EasyAd L.L.C., the son of master navigator Rokuro Mesiab, and the last Mesiab to grace the United States, perhaps the planet (not necessarily in that order).

History
My humble beginings can be traced back to the tropical beaches of a little known atol in the South Pacific. I was born in 1980 on the island of Chuuk, on the small volcanic outcropping known as Moen. I enjoyed the first years of my life in the comfort of a little known primitive paradise. Read about the traditions of our heritage in my fathers words (Exerpt from “Voices Of The Pacific“).
Not too long after my entrance into the world, my family moved back to the United States. I did some growing up in Michigan before moving to Washington State in 1987. I spent my formative years in Western Washington, sampling life from poverty to upper middle class, summering in the Blue Ridge Mountains of South Carolina, and taking whirlwind tours of the “South-land,” and the “Midwest.”

After various forays in diverse arrays of academia, I struck out on my own at the ripe old age of 17, having talked my way into a lease, a job and a semblance of a living. In the next three years, I found true love, lost it, made best friends, watched them die, made love on a mountain top, lost a father, and learned a thing or two about business, passion and life along the way.
Somewhere around 1999, I left the comforts and familiarities of Seattle for the high mountain deserts of Idaho, to begin a new life.
I studied for two years at Centennial Job Corps before attending undergraduate studies at Boise State University, majoring in Computer Science. I left school to work for HP, left HP to work for the John Galt Group, left JGG to work for HP, left HP to work for Wilder Technologies, left Wilder to form the EasyAd Marketing Software Corporation at the ripe old age of 26, where I serve as the CEO and sole managing director.

What I Do
I run a marketing software start-up called EasyAd L.L.C. and I write just about all facets of software and web applications as a hobby.
Somewhere in there, I created the online publishing system known as Electricdiary, the semi-famous prototype AJAX chat system known as chat-o-licious, the Printer Fleet Monitor DealerDirect, the HP internal defect tracking web application “NEO,” the fiercely powerful profit machine EasyAd Poster and a myriad of other relatively useful software applications.

What Are My Hobbies?
I am an avid reader, a devout coder, a cyclist, a guitar player, a drummer, a surfer, an objectivist and a diver, not necessarily in that order.
